Shipping policy

 

We offer free shipping to most areas, however to areas where shipping exceeds 20 percent of the cart amount, shipping shall be charged separately as per rates levied.

The products ordered shall be most likely shipped within two business days from the day of placement of order, personalised items may take upto 4 business days to ship.

At Sapphire Windson, we try and make every customer as happy as we can and our services are a mark of our effort. Hence, we would always be happy when working ahead of schedule. However, life has no limits and some orders may get delayed due to unexpected events.
